I’m currently a Senior Account Executive at Humana, where I lead creative strategy and campaign development for our Medicare Advantage business. I manage key lines of business—including Point of Sale, DGT, and Paid Media—collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to produce goal-oriented, brand-aligned marketing.
My approach is proactive and detail-driven. I thrive in fast-paced environments, where I keep projects moving, teams aligned, and strategies tightly connected to business goals. I’m known as someone people can rely on—especially when deadlines are tight and expectations are high.
My professional background spans both agency and in-house experience. Prior to Humana, I led Acquisition, Winback, and Retention campaigns for the DIRECTV Commercial account at KERN. Earlier in my career, I managed 21 LMA accounts for the Buick and GMC brands at Martin Retail Group, conducted research at RPA, and held roles across project management, copywriting, and account service at agencies and organizations including Q1 Media, Sabre Industries, the Jaymes Willoughby Team, the U.S. Census Bureau, and the NBA Development League. I hold a master’s degree in advertising and a bachelor’s in mass communication with a minor in marketing. These academic foundations, combined with my hands-on experience, have shaped a versatile skill set rooted in strategy, communication, and execution.

Humana /April 2024 – Present/ Dallas, TX.
- Spearheaded the strategic development and execution of multichannel Medicare Advantage campaigns, optimizing messaging across POS, DGT, and Paid Media to drive enrollments and conversions—contributing to year-over-year lift in AEP/OEP/SEP performance.
- Built and leveraged cross-functional partnerships with internal teams, marketing stakeholders, and external agencies to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and accelerate project delivery.

Keller Williams Realty/ Sept 2014 – May 2015/ Austin, TX.
- Created a series of regional marketing engagement strategies designed to deliver great customer service and drive customer traffic. These strategies included local community events and social media campaigns.
- Developed and fostered new and old relationships with clientele via multiple platforms such as Facebook, Email, and other digital platforms.
- Created marketing and promotional materials including but not limited to print, electronic media, direct mail, online video, and signage.
Public Affairs Specialist
U.S. Census Bureau/ Aug 2013 – Dec 2013/ Washington, D.C.
- Wrote “Facts for Features” consisting of complex statistical information from the Census Bureau's demographic and economic subject areas to provide the public with information on trending national news topics.

- Directed reporters to statistical information on American Fact Finder, and coordinated interviews with reporters and statisticians.
